SWHA - Women's Hockey Skill Development and Game Play

Hockey skill development and game play Beginner & Intermediate - Have you ever wanted to try playing hockey? Our Women's Hockey program is catered to those looking to learn how to play hockey in a safe, fun, non judgmental environment. SWHA is coached by women and this program is for beginners and intermediate players. We will be focusing on skilled development as well as learning the rules and fundamentals of the game. We include real games against lower mainland teams.

Skating and strength training workout on ice in a circuit style. Different stations alternating between strength and skating techniques. We will work on different technical skating aspects each week progressing as we go.
